  Been going there every 3-4 months for quite a while and the food is always great. Don't get me wrong, the service as well. The waitresses/barmaids have always been friendly and polite but lately they have added more class to their staff. A tall blonde beauty by the name of Nancy - gracious, witty, sweet, always smiling and aiming to please. My wife and I were amazed by her extra attentive service but what surprised us the most, was her genuine humbleness. My wife now decided that Biaggi's is on the menu no less than once a month.

  To give you an idea of how the night went....
  
  Our group Arrived at 6:30. It was an hr later and still no water was served....let alone anything else. Asked for a drink and our waitress said it would be a while because there where not enough glasses for everyone (place was packed).
  It was about 8:00 before we got our entree and drinks....thats just the beginning....you can imagine the rest of the evening....
  After 3.5hrs we just wanted to get out of there...and we hadnt had any desert or coffee...
  They tried to calm things over by offering everyone a free shooter....NOT a complimentary entree or discount on our bills....
  
  When it came time to pay, the bills were wrong...the waitress came behind me and grabbed the bill out of my hand....came back...it was still wrong....took it again and when she came back threw a crumpled bill on the table and left....To try and pay was a whole other fiasco...
  
  We stayed because of the group we were with and it was for her birthday. But We all agreed...We will not be returning to this restaurant. I am Very disappointed for a first time customer. First and last....
